I'm sure a million dollar company is just gonna call it quits cause benjenxd who sits at home complaining on wowhead said so. Seasonal classic servers Jokes aside i can see that happening. Every season with different changes, maybe keep the changes from the previous season that felt good.

Likely, they will dump everyone into the classic statis realm which hamstrings updates and nothing meaningful would ever be changed to attract a sustainable and reliable player base. I would be shocked seeing if blizzard would bother lifting a finger.
