What led him to this? To find out, I ask Tavis to back-up about 15 years. From there, they then bought a house in McKenzie Towne, located in the southeast of the city. They lived there for about 10 years, but he says they never really felt part of the community. He and his girlfriend were away from their friends and family from North Vancouver.
